Drawing on a background in strategy, user experience, and product innovation, he is passionate about creating human-centered solutions with measurable impact.

Chief Transformation Officer, Miro
Grisha spends most of his time with customers, helping them think through AI transformation topics - be it the technology side of it, ways of working, or how to re-engineer processes from an AI-first principles basis. Prior to Miro, Grisha served as a Managing Partner at Deloitte focusing on helping organisations find ways to accelerate innovation.
Kolin Schunk
Senior Manager Strategy, Lufthansa Technik
Kolin Schunck focuses on digital solutions for aviation. His career spans Airbus, Roland Berger and the Lufthansa Innovation Hub, exploring how emerging technologies reshape industries. Alongside his strategy work, he writes and speaks about the future of aviation and air travel, exploring broader questions about how we define progress and what our metrics leave out. Next to aviation, he is particularly interested in how AI changes the way we work, make decisions and assess value, and whether producing more, faster, actually leads to better outcomes.
Elena Rostomashvili
Vice President, TUM.ai
Elena is Vice President of TUM.ai, DACH’s largest AI student initiative. With a 2.3% acceptance rate across 2,100+ applicants per batch, they represent a true talent pool of the AI leaders of the future. She is also a Computer Science Student at LMU and Venture Scout at Speedinvest.
